About
Nicole LaFave is a designer and art director that partners with clients to produce quality and creative branding results. Her Michigan roots and creative curiosities lead her to Los Angeles, and after 5 years she has found a new home in San Francisco this spring. Specializing in brand strategy and brand development, LaFave brings over nine years of award-winning experience to the design world. Her work touches in a wide range of mediums including branding & naming, logo design, identity, web design, e-commerce development, package design and print & web collateral.
LaFave is also recognized for her role as the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Omelle footwear. While building Omelle's brand from the ground up, LaFave is also responsible for the product development and design of Omelle's beautifully hand-crafted shoes.
Combining both her creative background and experience as a business owner, LaFave has had the unique experience of collaborating with clients that range from small businesses and start-ups to larger organizations or professional individuals. LaFave has successfully worked in the fashion, food, product and service industries providing creative design services alongside business consulting and start-up business insight.
LaFave's branding and graphic work has been published in several international publications including PRINT Magazine's Regional Design Annual. In addition, her design work for Omelle's footwear has been featured in numerous national and international magazines and publications online.
